Panelist Tracker

The Panelist Tracker (Google Sheet) can be found HERE.

The Chamber has a structured process in place to facilitate effective communication with the panelists. The Chamber will use information entered in Panelist Tracker to send our first set of correspondence to the potential panelist.

Communication Coordination:

  • Step 1. Co-host Representatives: reach out to potential participants directly to explain the focus of the panel and extend invitations
  • Step 2. Panelist Tracker: When your office is ready for us to start the Chamber’s communication process, enter the required information for invited panelists into the Panelist Tracker (google sheet).  This serves as a reference point for signaling when a potential panelist is ready for the Chamber to initiate communications..
  • Step 3. Chamber Correspondence: The below outlines the order in which information will be sent to panelists as they are updated in the panelist tracker.
    • Chamber Invitation: Serves as the initial contact and invitation for panel participation
    • Panelist Information & Reservation Form: Outlines required steps for panelist attendance and provides forms to collect essential information
    • Registration Confirmation: Confirms panelist registration and provides essential panel-related details
      • Panelist Guidelines: Panel guidelines are prepared in advance and are sent out to panelists once all required items have been received and they have been registered for the event. These guidelines include essential information about their role, responsibilities, and other pertinent details necessary for their participation. This is also when they should be informed of their assigned moderator
      • Moderator Guidelines: Sent out once all required items have been received and they have been registered for the event. These guidelines include comprehensive information about their role, responsibilities, and access to panelist contact information. This proactive approach equips moderators with the necessary resources to facilitate smooth communication and coordination with panelists.
