UPCOMING DEADLINES

  • June 25: Marketing Items Due (see below for details)

  • July 15: Final day to update attendee information via confirmation email for Express Badge Pick-Up (badges printed at 6pm)
Marketing Items
  • Your sponsorship includes the ability to include promotional items in all attendee bags distributed at the event. This is great way to get your brand in front of a highly engaged and relevant audience.
  • To ensure the best possible attendee experience, we kindly request that sponsors avoid paper materials and consider providing useful and interesting items such as branded charging adapters, reusable water bottles, or other practical items.
  • The deadline to submit promotional items (500 total, provided by sponsor) is Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
  • You can mail your materials to The San Angelo Chamber of Commerce, 418 West Ave B, San Angelo, TX 76903.

DEADLINE: Promotional items are due no later than Wednesday, June 25, 2025.

Complimentary Tickets
  • Your sponsorship includes complimentary tickets to the Soiree on July 28th and the Summit on July 29th.
  • Once you submit your reservation form, the Chamber will register your complimentary guests and send confirmation emails to the addresses provided on the reservation form.
  • Attendee Modification Deadline: The deadline for updating attendee details via confirmation email is 5:00pm on July 15, 2025. After this date, any modifications to attendee information must be made in person at the event venues using the provided request forms and name badge printing facilities. Registrants who require modifications will not be eligible for Express Badge Pick-Up.

 

Complimentary Hotel Rooms
  • Your sponsorship includes complimentary hotel rooms for one night at the Springhill Suites by Marriot located at 2544 Southwest Blvd, San Angelo, TX 76901.
  • All complimentary hotel rooms must be booked by the Chamber directly.
  • Confirmation numbers will be sent to the POC designated on the form once they are fulfilled.

Name Badges
    • Name Badges are REQUIRED for all attendees.
    • Your name badge acts as a wearable ticket and holds the credentials necessary to access all official Summit events.
    • If attending multiple Summit activities, the attendee will be responsible for their badge throughout the entirety of the Summit.

     

    Pick-Up Information:

    • Express Badge Pick-Up: Badges will be available for Express Badge Pick-Up at the San Angelo Visitor Center (418 West Avenue B) on July 28th from 9:00am - 3:00pm.
    • On-Site Badge Pick-Up: If you are unable to utilize Express Badge Pick-Up, then you must check in at the venue upon arrival in order to receive your badge.
    • Badge Replacement: To defray costs associated with reprinting, there may be a $25 charge to replace lost or forgotten badges.

     

    To Utilize Express Badge Pick Up:

    • To utilize express badge pick-up, please make sure attendee names, titles, and company information are updated and accurate by 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 15th.
    • Name badges for express badge pick up will be printed at 6:00pm on Tuesday, July 15th.
    • After this date, registrants who require modifications will not be eligible for Express Badge Pick-Up. Any modifications to attendee information must be made in person at the event venues using the provided request forms and name badge printing facilities.
    • To make changes to your attendee information, simply click on the "update your registration here" section in your confirmation email. This will redirect you to your registration page, where you can easily edit, add, or replace any attendee information as needed.

  • Dress Attire: Smart Casual combines well-fitting, polished business wear with elements of casual attire

The Summit Soiree is our signature welcome event for sponsors, panelists, and special guests. This year’s Soiree debuts an elevated new format, designed to spark conversation and connection in a relaxed setting. Enjoy an evening of gourmet-style hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails—all in a vibrant atmosphere perfect for mingling.

 

Summit

  • Location: Angelo State University's CJ Davidson Conference Center, located inside of the Houston Harte University Center
  • Address: 1910 Rosemont Drive, San Angelo, TX 76901
  • Check-In: 7:00am
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided
  • Dress Attire: Business

This year’s Summit will focus on federal issues with the overarching theme of “From the Ground Up: West Texas Driving American Strength” and will offer insight on the following topics:

  • Agriculture
  • Energy
  • Healthcare
  • Space & Technology

Attendees have the opportunity to engage with legislators, business leaders, panelists, sponsors, and colleagues. The Summit aims to tackle key issues and challenges specific to our region through panel discussions led by elected officials and industry experts.

  • There will be shuttle service, provided by Concho Valley Transit Authority, for transportation from the hotel to and from our summit events.
