The Junell Center

Meeting Facilities

The City of San Angelo operates four primary public meeting and entertainment facilities.
More than 300 events take place in these three facilities each year. Many are open to the public, including the rodeo, San Angelo Symphony performances, country music concerts, Tejano dances, family shows, arts and crafts shows, gun and knife shows, and religious crusades. For information on public events at any of these venues, call the ticket office at the Convention Center at 325-653-9577. For additional faciities, contact the Convention and Visitors Bureau.

6,500-seat at 50 E. 43rd St. off Grape Creek Road and North Chadbourne Street, adjacent to the fairgrounds.

The venue's most popular space offers more than 12,000 square feet in the largest meeting room in the middle of the building. This space can accommodate 2,000 people in a theater-style arrangement, 1,200 people in banquet style seating or 900 at round tables.
The large meeting room is capable of being divided into three equal spaces and hosts a wide variety of events, including conventions, trade shows, luncheons, speeches, dinner dances, wedding receptions and quinceaneras.

El Paseo De Santa Angela Courtyard

Two covered outside facilities located across from Fort Concho, adjacent to the River Stage between Oaks & Chadbourne.

The River Stage

A fourth city facility that is increasingly used for a variety of events. The Bill Aylor Sr. Memorial River Stage stands ready to showcase a spectrum of events including galas, touring musicals, dance reviews, pop concerts, melodramas, youth shows, band concerts and the annual Cactus Jazz and Blues Festival in September. The multipurpose facility can accommodate small local shows, large traveling shows and everything in between. The River Stage is located adjacent to El Paseo de Santa Angela along the Concho River downtown. For information call 325-653-9577

The Angelo State University operates two meeting and entertainment facilities.

Junell Center

CJ Davidson Conference Center

The Stock Show & Rodeo operates two meeting and entertainment facilities.

The Spur Arena

A multi-use facility that can host a variety of activities 83,160 square feet. 200 W. 43rd. FMI call 325-653-5622

Wells Fargo Pavilion

20,000 square feet. Also include a kitchen area. Located in the Coliseum Fair Grounds at 50 E. 43rd St. West of the Coliseum.

The Patio at the Gables

Miss Lissia's Plantation Cottage & Tea Room

Cain's Cove
