Annual Chamber Banquet - $2500
Usually held in late January or early February, this event has an average
attendance of 500 people. Attendees range from major corporations to
small businesses to associations.
Sponsorship benefits:
- Sponsor logo on Banquet write-up in Chamber’s Action Report newsletter
- Sponsor logo sign or banner prominently displayed at Banquet
- Sponsor name prominent in all media advertising
- Sponsor name on all broadcast faxes & emails to Chamber members
- Sponsor “commercial” during program (4-5 minutes)
- Ability to distribute brochures/flyers
- Front row table of up to 10 seats provided for sponsor at Banquet
West Texas Legislative Summit - $750 per sponsor
Typically scheduled the second Thursday in August of each year, the
West Texas Legislative Summit offers a forum for elected leaders of
West Texas to come together and examine issues relevant to our region.
During the full-day event, some of the top state and national leaders
gather to discuss topics of concern to San Angelo and West Texas. Typical
attendance is 350 - 400.
Sponsorship benefits:
- Sponsor logo on promotional materials mailed to over 2,500 individuals throughout West Texas
- Sponsor logo sign or banner prominently displayed at Summit
- Sponsor name prominent in all media advertising
- Sponsor logo on write-up in Chamber’s Action Report newsletter

Monthly Membership Luncheons - $550
Usually held the second Tuesday of each month, this event has an average
attendance of 175-200 people. Attendees range from major corporations
to small businesses and each luncheon features a speaker who will address
a topic of interest to the business community. Two sponsors are needed at each event.

- Sponsor logo sign or banner prominently displayed at Luncheon
- Sponsor name prominent in all media advertising

- Table of up to 8 seats provided for sponsor at luncheon
Monthly Action Report Newsletter
Advertising in the Chamber’s Action Report reaches over 1900
people and businesses in San Angelo and Tom Green County. It is ideal
for promoting your business or service to a targeted group — the
business community.

- Full Page Insert Flyer - $250 + 575 printed copies and one electronic copy

Goodfellow Appreciation Day Event
Held on Armed Forces Day in May of each year, the Goodfellow Appreciation Day offers an afternoon of great food, live music and family activities for all active-duty military and their families. Approximately 1,500 military attendees enjoy this event sponsored by the business community and organized by the Military Affairs Committee of the Chamber of Commerce.

Business Expo (formerly Business Showcase)
Held the first Tuesday in October each year, the Business Expo is San Angelo's premier business-to-business trade show. The full-day event boasts over 100 exhibitors and crowds in the thousands. Silver Sponsorships are available for $800 and offers an exhibitor prime booth location, extra amenities in the booth, and promotional advertising on all printed materials related to the event.
